We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Delivery terms, timeframes, and costs are set out in our [Shipping Policy]. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

 6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

As a UK consumer, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within **14 days** of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. - Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging

- Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, using your original payment method

- Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty

7. Faulty Goods

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
